All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

The following items cannot be returned [or exchanged]:
Any undergarment that has been tried on (e.g boxer shorts)
Any footware that has been tried on outside
